Let them grow

 The other day I was walking my darling daughter going about the sky,  moving clouds,  hiding and unhidin

g of the moon while his brightness dims and shines through the silky flowing cotton lines. She used to walk with her grandfather while her talked over to her about the line of pictures in the playschool besides our house.  Today,  while we were walking, She points to the moon and goes -

moon-- doora (far)-ah hmm mmm dark, tatta( ಕತ್ತಲು), uu uu ammA amma ammaaaaa..pulls my tshirt and goes...

   pane ( plane)- chava ( she means kalpana chawla here. i had once pointed out one of the pictures which lines up the school compound,  told her that kalpana chawla went to the moon in the rocket. so sshe here refers to chawla) .

and at the end says- ನೀnu

 which means she is pointing to herself. I have an interesting point here to make. neenu is herelf for her,  naanu is us.  So she is gramatically correct in the way we use these two words in our sentences.

So she wants to go to the moon in the plane,  the way kalpana chawla went.

i said" you have to study alot for that,  alot more books"

Shewhere after a few minutes of gibberish,  she says

boosh... boosh ( which she means books)

hosha ( hosa->new)

She wants new books so that she can study.

kids are remarkable when you allow their imagination to flourish. They will surprise you with their seriousness of wanting to understand the world around them.  Do not limit it by giving them smartphones, laptop tv ipads or labeling the child as stubborn/ziddi.

Let them grow❤️❤️ we are not raising our kids.  We are raising a new whole new generation who are going to take care of the earth and show a sustainble way of flourishing the mankind.
