I walked away

 I was climbing up the stairs to go on the roof top where all of my friends where sitting on the floor, cool spring wind gushing through their hair and I happen to look into the window unintentionally.

I had guessed it right. She was sitting there with an iPad, with cartoon playing on it, the light had lit up her face and her eyes were glistening. Her mom was beside her, both of them sitting in the bed, mummy scooping the rice dal in the spoon and shoving into the child's mouth. It looked like the child was completely unaware of how much and of what she was eating. 

While the mom can feel easy feeding the child this way, it will leave a long lasting damage on the child. 

I walked away.
