Mom's baby pink night gown with little white lilies

Bella and her mom where the only two people in their own single bedroom house where she grew up for 26 years. She worked for 4 years at her hometown staying with her mum under the same roof after her graduation in summer 2014.

Bella could see a mix of anguish and proud feeling in her mom's eyes when she decided to leave the house and shift to a bigger city to earn better and get a better job. Bella promptly promised her mom that she will take her mom to the city once she is settled there with a job and a house and that means the daughter and mum will be staying away from each other's sight for at least a couple of months.

When Bella was young, she never really liked to spent money on the clothes and accessories even though her mom earned pretty well to live a comfortable life for two. She would rather get household items instead of spending a fortune on her clothes and makeup. This nature of Bella got carried even when she started earning enough money. She did occasionally spend few hundreds now and then to treat herself with a decently branded clothes and less often got some for her mum as well.

In the 4 years of her earning life, Bella had got clothes for her mom but she never bought any expensive, branded clothing for her ever. This time Bella turned the two wheeler to the right instead of the left turn where there where lines of branded shop outlets and tons of options to choose from. Bella's mom has asked for a night gown from that city where she is shifting for work.

A cute smile appeared on Bella's face and she decides to buy something really good for her mum this time. She walks into a big, heavily neon lit showroom and she holds that baby ping silk night gown in her hands on the mannequin. She looks into the yellow and white lilies embroidered all over the right places which was looking extraordinarily beautiful and royal. She twists the neck of the gown to look at the price tag and it reads 5k rupees. That is almost one fourth of what Bella earns a month. She pauses for a sec, she touches the smooth silk thread of which the cute little lilies where made of and says to herself "my mum deserves this".

The smiles and the laughs on her mom's face when she opens the gown and shows it to her mom. It was all worth it.
